Reaching out can be the hardest part, so let’s make it easy. Whatever you’re carrying, you can talk it through with a warm, registered therapist who listens without judgment.
There’s no problem too small to bring, and nothing you have to have figured out first – just a calm, private space to be heard.
The right therapist makes all the difference, so let’s make sure it’s a good one
Maybe the hardest part isn’t deciding to try therapy – it’s wondering whether you’ll actually click with the person across from you, or dreading opening up and starting over if you don’t.
That worry is fair, and it matters. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is one of the biggest reasons therapy helps.
That’s exactly what the free 15-minute call is for – a relaxed, no-pressure chance to hear a real voice, ask anything, and see whether it fits.
And if you’d rather just book, appointments are usually available within the week at both locations. No months-long waitlist to get started.

In your corner over time
Steady, ongoing support from someone who knows your story – there for as long as it’s helping, and no longer than you want.

Common questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a “big enough” reason. If something’s weighing on you – stress, low mood, a hard change, or just a feeling that things could feel lighter – that’s reason enough. If you’re unsure, the free 15-minute call is a gentle way to talk it over.
What happens in the first session?
It’s mostly a relaxed conversation. Your therapist gets to know you and what brought you in, and you share only what feels comfortable. There’s nothing to prepare, and no pressure to tell your whole story at once.
Do you direct bill, and is it covered?
We direct bill to most major insurers wherever possible, so in many cases you only cover what your plan doesn’t. Coverage for psychotherapy and counselling varies by plan, so it’s worth a quick check with your insurer – and we’re happy to help.
How soon can I be seen?
Usually within the week, at either location. There’s no long waitlist here – when you feel ready to start, you shouldn’t have to wait months to be seen.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you talk about stays private between you and your therapist, within the standard professional and legal limits they’ll walk you through at the start. This is a safe, confidential space.
Whenever you’re ready
There’s no rush and no pressure – only a warm, judgment-free space waiting whenever the time feels right. We’re at both locations, usually with appointments within the week.
