Chiropractor
Dr. Sabrina Crossley
Dr. Sabrina Crossley loves caring for whole families – from babies and pregnant moms to grandparents. Patients describe her as warm, funny and genuinely present: she takes her time, listens, and her appointments tend to come with a lot of laughter.
I want every patient to feel welcomed and heard, and to leave feeling optimistic about their health.
Her story
From future MD to family chiropractor
I originally went through university planning to become a medical doctor. Then I started volunteering with a chiropractor, and I loved how much time she spent with each patient and how proactive her care was – a completely different, patient-centred way of helping people.
I earned my Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science (with a minor in Mathematical Science) at the University of Guelph, then my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I served as President of Student Council. I'm Webster Certified, with additional training in pediatric and TMJ care.
As a mom of three – and a knitter whose hobby causes its own aches – I'm realistic about what I ask of patients after they leave, and I work within each person's parameters. Going through my own health journey in university taught me how much being proactive matters, and that is the mindset I bring to every family I care for.
